Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered the assorted sushi board B (50 pieces) for Mother's Day at Kibo Sushi, and I must say it was quite good! The sushi had the perfect balance of rice to fish, and the sashimi was fresh with slices that were just the right thickness—not too thick, but not too thin either. The rolls were decent, and I especially loved the spicy laugh rolls! My mom enjoyed it just as much as I did, so that definitely earns Kibo Sushi 100 brownie points. I will definitely order from them again for my sushi cravings!
I ordered from Kibo last night, and wow! The fish was incredibly high quality and melted in my mouth. The spicy tuna was the most delicious I've ever had. I will definitely be returning to this place!

Online ordering system seems to be way off.. I ordered at 6:35pm, the tracker predicted my order would be ready at 7:35pm, I got there around 7:50pm and there were lots of people waiting for orders, most seem to be ubereats delivery guys. I called at 8:00pm to check on my order since there were too many people in their storefront waiting and was told my order will be ready in 10-15 minutes. I went in around 8:15 and did not get my order until 8:30pm. The sushi is pretty standard.. I don’t think it should have taken 2hours for an order of spicy salmon roll and donburi.
Great food, but customer service needs to improve. I’ve been to this location a number of times and I always seem to have to clarify my order over the phone because they always seem to have trouble hearing clearly. This time the woman who took my order was rushing to get off the phone, which I understand since it’s the dinner rush. She kept repeating the wrong item and I kept correcting her. I tried to confirm the price as another way to make sure she heard me correctly but she cut me off. Not surprisingly, they got my order wrong when I went to pick it up. It was no big deal to me and they made my order pretty quickly. What wasn’t cool was how the woman continued to cut me off when I tried to explain. I didn’t argue as I just wanted to get my dinner and get out of there (it’s a small space). She finished off my telling me to call next time if there was a problem. I’m not sure how that would have helped since she wouldn’t give me the time to confirm my order the first time I called. I also saw her fully ignore an Uber driver who asked about his order because he’d been waiting there for a while. It’s worth noting that she still called out the wrong order when she handed me my takeout bag, so I’m convinced she misheard me on the phone. So, I’d still recommend this place but brace yourself for some less-then-pleasant customer service.
