They got my order wrong even tho I said exactly what was on the menu and made me feel really uncomfortable after I picked it up and felt like they really didn't want to fix their mistake so I didn't even get it changed

This is the worst place, even seen, it in toronto personal are very rude to understand English not behave as human. I do not recommend it to anyone. living room

Serious customer service! I have a food allergy and I only asked the ingredients of smoothie, the lady was mad at me to ask. he screamed very loud. I would never go back there.

3.5 starsI was at Fairview Mall and looking for a place to buy a drink. On the way out to the parking lot I stopped by Freshly Squeezed (Prestotea) for some bubble tea. The staff immediately greeted me as soon as I walked closer but I had not made up my mind on a drink yet. She gave me some space to deliberate. The 2 for $11 was enticing but there wasn't a drink from that selection that I wanted. I decided on the Matcha Milk Tea with White Pearl. It's too bad though that I was informed they didn't have white pearls. I usually get regular size drinks so the large was ginormous to me.The matcha milk tea had a good amount of matcha flavour and it wasn't too sweet. The tapioca pearls had some chew to them but didn't impart any flavour. Upon finishing the drink I was left with a lot of tapioca pearls. They were very generous in how much they provided.

Sooo slow and they charged me for tapioca and when I got in the car noticed there weren't any ?‍ But I liked the choice of flavors.
