Self-serve area (with milk and sugars) needs more regular attention/cleaning/replenishing, but overall no complaints. Aroma offers complimentary ice water and a wee chocolate with each coffee order.Wheelchair accessibility: Door features access buttons to enter and exit. Milk counter is a bit high to be considered accessible, I think.
The owner and the manager were so disrespectful and rude to us. The owner is waiting on the side of the cash waiting for people to finish their drink and so he could tell them to leave so other people sit!!However, me and friends were sitting down and getting some work done(6 people), we have ordered drinks and food. He told us to leave because it has been an hour and the store is getting busy so other people can sit. We were in shock when he told us that!! I'm very concerned if the store manager and the owner have a management certification!!!Never coming back to this store unless the manager and the owner are replaced with better ones!
This is the second issue two weeks in a row with this location and Ubereats delivery. First time ordering we cancelled order after waiting for a Tuna sandwich and BLT for over 2 hours. Decided to give the location another chance and ordered Latte, Cafe Mocha 3 croissants, Turkey club sandwich, tart. Order arrived 1:45 minutes later was missing Cafe Mocha, Latte and Turkey club sandwich. Pointed this out to the Uber driver and their response was not my issue it is what they gave me. Try contacting the store at the phone number on receipt and the recorded message was your call has been forwarded to voice service not initialized by rogers customer. How can a business not have an actual contact phone number. Very disappointed with Uber delivery driver response and this restaurant location in general.

Came here first thing on a Saturday morning for a quick but satisfying breakfast before grocery shopping, and was not disappointed! Despite the time and day, I was still able to get a table, and actually enjoy my order at a relaxing pace without feeling rushed! I highly recommend their breakfast sandwich on whole wheat for a filling meal that should last you until the afternoon!
