Tim Hortons - North York Industiral

I ordered a bacon turkey club and they only put one slice of turkey on it. I walked there from work and didn't realize until I walked back to my office. Very disappointing. The lady who served me was very nice tho, and the staff seemed cheerful.

First time experienced drive through Tims, service was very slow, no sitting , wait time was longer. So so

There are a couple of really nice people. There is one Philippines lady and sri lankan lady who is extremely rude during the morning around 6am and 7amAfternoon staff amazing.FYI, there is an amazing Philippines manager she is so sweet and kind. She's the best on the team. So kind and friendly not only with customers but her staff as well. 5 stars to the rest of the staff.

I don't understand how not one Tim Hortons worker can't listen to orders properly. This is a common occurrence at Tim's. They never listen to your order and assume what you want. Where is management at these places? Does no one understand English?

Whenever I visit this particular location. Staffs are fighting with each other. And RUDE atmosphere.
