The Irish Rose Pub

Great little Irish pub, just outside of downtown, with a traditional pub feel. The only take aways we the rickety stairs to the basement, where the washrooms are located, and the group of regulars who decided to talk about me from coming in in a suit and assuming I was rich and out of place (I came from a university grad ceremony). That said, the service was fast and friendly, even with only one server/bartender. Definitely will be back to try the food.

I was only there a couple times before this time but never felt more at home... Everyone was quite friendly and welcoming... Will plan another Saturday night there again soon!!! Loved the vibe of this place. They have fun live music. Food and drinks were great. The wings especially. We have had many different wings over the years. Not sure what they do here but they are a good size, crispy and great sauces. Can’t wait to go back for another band night. Great find. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
