My family and I are regulars to this place. But after experiencing POOR customer service from an UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL server, we will no longer be coming back.When we went to go pay for our food, the server said WHY IS IT THAT EVERYTIME YOU GUYS COME HERE YOU TIP THE SAME AMOUNT WHEN WE GET YOU A LOT OF THINGS? She then proceeded to give back the tip we had given SINCE IT WASN 'T ENOUGH for her.Also, the servers did not want to get us tea since IT WAS TOO MUCH CUPS for them to clean.I also noticed that the servers purposely did not give my dad his chili and only gave a little bit of peanuts when I requested some. Since they knew who were regulars who would tip less than they want, so they gave us VERY PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE SERVICE.You just lost a loyal customer who comes there and pays atleast 80$ since you 're complaining about not getting the appropriate tip (WAKE UP)

Good pho at a reasonable price. Vegetable broth available and hence good option for vegetarians.Vegetarian options: Vegetable Broth available

Ordered the xl pho soup with everything. I have purchased soups before but I was disappointed with my order. The soup upset me and went right through my system. I'm not certain what it was but had to throw out the rest.The portions have decreased while prices have increased.

Everything was fantastic! *CASH ONLY*The deep fried shrimp rolls were amazing, and the pho was consistent every time I visited. Definitely worth a shot!

The 2 waitresses were so rude to us. They were not happy that we had brought our 2 year old baby. They said that the table was messy. We were naturally so upset. And told us not to come back anymore. This place is not kid friendly.Kid-friendliness: The waitresses who served us on Sept 2 were so very rude and upset because they said that the table was messy due to our baby eating her food.
