Pretty space and okay food. Limited menu but a cool brunch tower. Overall experience for brunch was okay. They didn’t have coffee or tea available. They were very slow and still charged a 20% tip for groups of 4. I’ve never heard of that before for such a small group.
Went there day before New Year's for my birthday, I had 10 guests. 5 min before arrival they called me and said the oven is broken so they can only give sushi. I understand the circumstances but my experience got worst by the end of the night. The place was dead, barely anyone there. And my two guy friends ended up in hospital at end of the night because their drinks were laced ! They were having heartaches and seizures. They couldn't breathe and turned blue. Had to call ambulance and in hospital they said they have been drugged.I called the manager and sent him a text to call me the day after but he never replied or called back.Be careful when going here, I don't know who did this to us but it was a horrible night.
Had an amazing time here for brunch celebrating a friend’s birthday. Everyone has to go and try the pancakes. Johnny the manger really took care of our group and delivered some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will surely be back.
Went for brunch with my husband a month ago and was accidentally charged $40 for cancelling my reservation . Overall I wasn 't too upset about this situation, because mistakes happen and I have worked in the service industry before, so I know it was an honest mistake.When I saw the charge on my credit card, I called the restaurant to inquire what the charge was about, and was told it was an issue with Opentable. I called Opentable and was told that the restaurant charged the card so only they would be able to refund it. I called the restaurant back, and 3 weeks later I have still not received my refund.I am absolutely disgusted with how this business has handled such a simple issue. I have been texting, calling, and following up non stop with someone named Johnny at Lobby, trying for 3 weeks to get my refund back. They have completely ghosted me and refuse to answer my calls or texts. This is completely unacceptable and I discourage anyone from coming here.
