So social media keeps saying El Salvador has the nicest ppl. Well does North American change that.? Geeze I see the reviews and I'm sad that ppl say the service here is bad. Ugh I just called and the girl was so short with me... felt like I was wasting her time cuz she was hired for what?? Not customer service I guess. Doesn't give good first impression. Don't wanna go there... if you want ppl to come you need to be welcoming. Basic rule!

The lady here has the worst attitude. Will be making a complaint to BBB, we have purchased pernil from here a couple of times and to be honest the taste is amazing but the lady (who is also the owner) IS SO RUDE ON TOP OF THAT SHE IS NOT OPEN TO RECEIVING CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM. She looks like she doesn’t want to be there and when you talk to her she replies so angrily. I had to tell her that we weren’t satisfied with her attitude and service, she said for word “no one is going to teach me what to do and what not to do” and hung up the phone. Do not give her your business!!

Was excited to taste some authentic salvadorean food, pupusas which I was told they sell, but had none, and as soon I walked in seemed like the girl was not in the mood to be there or sell her products/food, the place needs to be more well kept, hire some people to clean this place, I did buy quesadilla no picture because it was very tasty I must say! Customer service one of the key ingredients to a successful restaurant/bakery

Had the 1/4 chicken and empanadas. The chicken had the right Portuguese flavour. Rice and potatoes and salad were also very well seasoned. They also sell lechon (pork) Empanadas sold at the front made every customer turn around. Made for a very good nutritious lunch. Great value!
