Kettlemans Bagel

I ordered a peanut butter and jam bagel. As per the photos the bagel arrived, but I'm still looking for the peanut and jam. My issue is that I called the Etobicoke Kettleman's to ask what happened, the lady I spoke to Kurran said the guy who made my bagel is in training and forgot to add the two important components to my bagel. What is more annoying is the fact that she was rude and laughed when I asked where the rest of my bagel was. She didn't give a damn. I usually order from this location (Etobicoke 847 Brownsline) and sometimes dine in with my family when we are in the neighborhood after my kids practices. This isn't the first time they screwed up my order but this is my first time complaining because of Kurrans ignorance and not even being apologetic is why I won't be coming back to this location. Very poor customer service.
