Fried pork rib simmered pork intestines especially tasty. NZ lamb, AAA Angus beef good too. Pork blood was bouncy (like firm tofu).
Choice of ingredients wide, quality pretty good; portions indicated small: portion control easy. Dipping sauces were decent. Superior chef's recommendation, authentic Cantonese dipping a bit salty.
