5 Stars for Jane and her Team! We used her space and had the pleasure of enjoying her incredible cooking for my mom's 60th Birthday. The evening was a huge success and everyone raved over how divine the food was excellent portion sizes, tonnes of flavour, and quality of meats/fish were super! Thanks for making the night special for my family Jane! We hope you can cook for us again soon.

Jane had completely exceeded our expectations in catering our wedding. It was a very particular request to have a wedding catered during this time and Jane and her team had done amazingly to put our vision together. We had Chau cater our wedding and got so many compliments on the food! They came up with a wonderful custom, all vegetarian menu for us that we just loved. Two food stations: a bao stand and a dumpling stand, plus a salad station and passed appetizers. Plus they staffed our bar with a great bartender who whipped up our custom cocktail menu expertly. It was nothing like any other wedding food we've ever had and it was all super delicious. Highly recommended.

We had Chau as a vendor at our first ever fundraising event for my organization in November and it was an amazing experience. Jane is so lovely to work with; responsive and organized, and delivered an amazing menu of food for our guests (including Miso grilled cheese with sriracha lime ketchup! . The station she set up was fun and energetic, which brought a great atmosphere to our party of over 400 guests! I would 100% recommend Chau’s catering for small or large gatherings and I will definitely be going back for my catering needs in the future. Thank you, Jane!!

Chau was everything we could ask for in a caterer for our wedding of about 180 guests. Firstly, the food: Chef Jane has a scrumptious Asian fusion menu that we were in love with at first sight, we had a tough time narrowing down the menu for our hors d'oevres and buffet style dinner. We wanted to try everything! Our guests also loved the food. Second, the service: Chau was amazingly flexible and accommodating with our specific requests. I'm Vietnamese and my husband is Tamil and we are definitely foodies and wanted to have our favourite foods while also incorporating food from both our cultures and Chau accommodated our request to also have a second caterer to provide us with Tamil dishes. Jane Peters, the business manager, was also so sweet and put aside the hors d'oeuvres for us during cocktail hour because they knew we would get so busy and likely miss out otherwise. At the end of the night they also provided the two of us with our own personalized late night snacks. They were also able to provide us with many vegetarian options, halal meats, and gluten free options. Thirdly, logistics: Chau was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable in working with our venue and asking the right questions so that things would run smoothly on the day of. Lastly, aesthetics: the food looked great! We had some Korean chicken poppers that were served in compostable cones which were so cute and we loved the environmentally sustainable aspect. Chau also provided us with cute, custom to our theme, signs for each buffet dish. We're looking forward to holding another event when we can get them to cater for us again.
