Sorrento Ii Pizzeria - North Wildwood

Poor customer service at the restaurant on the boardwalk. They seem to think that they have a loyal customer base and don't care about providing good service.

Even though the restaurant was not busy, the staff were still rude and uninterested in taking our order. We decided to leave and try Jake's Steaks instead, which was a much better experience. If you're in the mood for pizza, Sam's Pizza is also nearby.

I would advise avoiding this restaurant at all costs. I ordered a steak and beer and they completely neglected basic hygiene standards. The experience was awful – I even discovered hair in my sandwich. The health department should consider shutting down this establishment.

We had a blond young waitress and she was very unpleasant. seems like she was in a hurry, didn't ask us if we needed anything or how we liked to eat it. eating was in order, but my experience with this waitress was terrible. I'm not coming back.

Made us a white pizza without the ricotta as we wanted. Wished it had some garlic, but had tons of cheese. Very filling. Service was great and birch beer was amazing.
