Speedway - North Versailles

During my visits on two separate occasions, I noticed that none of the employees were following COVID safety protocols. The person preparing food had a beard, and neither hair coverings nor a mask was worn. I cannot recommend eating here. In contrast, White Oak Speedway is exceptionally clean, and all employees maintain safe distancing and wear masks correctly.

It's frustrating to see new staff every six months. When I first started going there about three years ago, the team was great, but now only two of them remain. It's not worth getting to know people I see three times a week if they’re just going to disappear.

This restaurant is a great spot to grab everything you need for your day. The prices are reasonable, and they consistently offer various deals both in-store and through their app for cardholders. If you visit regularly, you'll accumulate points quickly, making it worthwhile. However, one aspect I find frustrating is the frequent turnover of employees. This location, in particular, seems to shuffle staff often. While training new team members is inevitable, it’s disheartening to see someone for six months only to have them move on and be replaced by someone new. In fact, I've seen three different store managers come and go in the past two years alone.

Speedy is a misnomer ..... Molasses would be a better name .... Never more than 1 check out person ... Always wait more than 10 minutes in line.
