Little Caesars Pizza - North Versailles

I visited the restaurant today at 11:10 a.m. When I asked one of the staff about payment, he said he wasn't sure if they accepted cards. I noticed that when he was serving food, he wasn't wearing gloves and didn't wash his hands, which really concerned me about food safety. The heat inside was unbearable, making it hard to breathe. Overall, my experience was quite unpleasant, and I think this place could really use some help and maybe even new management.

I ordered a lunch combination while on my break from work, but when I opened the box later, I found that the pizza was completely undercooked. The crust was soggy and felt like uncooked dough. I took a bite and was immediately worried that I might get sick. It was a disappointing experience!

I placed an online order at 11:43 PM for a personal pan pizza and wings. When I arrived to pick it up at 12:30 AM, the door was locked, even though there was someone inside. I waited for half an hour while other customers attempted to enter but were unable to. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. Eventually, I had to call customer service to cancel my order. The owner is now waiting for me so that my refund can be processed.

This place has gone down lately. I ordered 5:55 clock and sent my son to pick up order in the portal. when he came there, they should have done, but the load was overcrowded and my order was not started, although my tracking said in the often around 18:14 clock. three people placed and commanded and received before my even started. I wrote my son all the time. two young men worked there. one had 2 earpods and the other went out in front. I asked my son why they wouldn't answer the phone. he said it didn't ring. I asked him to get the name and number of manager or owner, and he told me that one lady just asked him and he didn't know. I felt up and doing my own pizzas. when my son at 18:55 watch received my order and brought it to me, the deep dish did not rise in the middle and it was so pissed. also no sauce with my crazy brot. not order again, regardless of the good price

Pizza was undercooked in terms of the dough. Everything tasted really good though. Gave me super bad gas though due to being under cooked.
