However, when I explained the situation, I was told that there was no manager available to speak to me. When I asked if I could leave my phone number for a call back, I was told that was not possible and I would have to call again later. This lack of customer service, especially considering the uneaten food, was very disappointing. I regret that I will not be supporting this local business in the future, even if I am in a hurry.
My kumpel a and I thought here as a departure on the way to the river capilano on the 13th juli. a recommended sushi mori and told me that her eating is good. it took exactly 15 minutes until our food is ready. we had lunch Bento...Box 13) and tuna and lachskombo 14.95) and the price was reasonable. our food was tenderly enveloped and it was completely free. lunch bento box also had a good presentation. I just enjoyed eating that miso suppe was salty. we didn't finish the suppe. everything else was good. they were not open to them; but the option takeout was available.
This restaurant is excellent! The staff is very friendly, the sushi is amazing and made to order, and the prices are reasonable. What more could you ask for?
After a busy day at the Capilano Suspension Bridge, we decided to have a quiet late lunch at this restaurant. We were seated quickly and were the only ones in the restaurant, as it was late for lunch. We were promptly served water and green tea, which was a nice touch. We all ordered our favorites and soon the sushi kitchen was busy preparing our dishes. The speed and quality of the food was impressive. I had the White Cab Roll, which was delicious. The others in my party had sashimi, California rolls, and teriyaki, all of which were fresh and tasty. The food was possibly the best sushi I have ever had, and the service was excellent. What stood out was seeing the staff sitting together to enjoy their lunch at the same time as us. It was a nice touch that added to the overall pleasant dining experience. This is a fantastic little sushi restaurant that is definitely worth a visit.
After exploring Capilano suspension bridge park, we'd worked up quite the appetite and had a desire for sushi. What joy we had to discover that there was a place just a 15-20 minute walk from the main entrance! If there happens to be a bus...passing, it's just a stop or two away. The restaurant itself was remniscent of traditional Japanese sushi restaurants. The sushi was delicious fresh and very tasty, with some interesting combinations. There was a huge variety of different rolls and dishes on the menu, as well as many Korean dishes, and enjoyed everything that we ordered. Exactly what we had in mind, and friendly service to boot. Would definitely recommend for sushi lovers visiting North Vancouver. It also seemed very popular for take away, as many people came to collect their orders whilst we dined.
