Minemura Sushi, is without a doubt, one of the best North Van sushi spots. The freshness and quality of the fish are exceptional. The special rolls are creative and delicious. The attentive service and friendly atmosphere completes the extraordinary dining experience.

The fish here always taste so fresh and delicious! You can tell the chef really cares about the quality of food. It's worth a little drive if you like good sushi. Salmon passion roll and deluxe chirashi don are my faves. Make sure to dine in or do takeout as I find they often give something extra like miso or orange when I visit!Vegetarian options: Kappa, avocado, mango cream cheese, miso, agedashi tofu, gomae, edamame, a lot of options.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free soy sauce

Attentive staff in a family friendly environment. The quality was top notch and the attention to detail in each dish is amazing. Tasty sushi for a reasonable price!
