Mcdonald's - North Vancouver

Can take a while to get served. But most staff are competent. Sometimes hard to make your order understood, depending on who is at the checkout.

We are from Edmonton and spending a few days in Vancouver, brought my family to this McDonald’s for breakfast, the employees at McDonald’s were extremely unorganized and I watched my food sit behind the counter for at least ten minutes. When I complained that my food was cold the lady told me she’s quality control and that she can gaurantee my food was hot and I’m just wanting my money back because my kids didn’t want to eat it. Worst experience ever at a McDonald’s and a waste of my $50.

Worst McDonald's ever! Dirty, terrible customer service, it takes 20 mins to get food and then it arrives cold. It's called fast food. Should take less than 5 minutes to get your food. I know since I used to work at McDonald's as a teen.

Again if there is a button for 0 rating, this McDonald's would exceed with flying colours. Horrible service and horrible

It was closed 45 minutes early, even when mobile orders were able to be placed and was on the screen with no staff lol. The Wal-Mart employees were stressed because so many people were asking them why it closed early and they couldn’t explain it and asked us to call McDonald’s Customer Service.
