Without a doubt, the best coffee on the North Shore. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. It can get busy, but the staff is always efficient and responsive. The food and pastries are both creative and outstanding.

The Double Baked Chocolate Croissant was truly remarkable. I'm accustomed to room temperature pastries at most coffee shops, so I was pleasantly surprised when this croissant arrived warm and oozing with filling. Its exterior, coated in almonds, provided a satisfying crunch that led to a rich, gooey interior reminiscent of chocolate custard. It was a delicious way to kick off my day. And, as always, their coffee was fantastic.

Wow, their iced mocha is absolutely amazing! I've been visiting JJ for a long time but have never taken the time to comment on their excellence. They truly have the best music and staff. It's always, and I mean always, consistently outstanding. Bravo!

Let's talk about the seating; it’s not comfortable at all and seems poorly designed for relaxation. This feedback isn't just about this particular location but applies to all branches of your brand that I’ve visited over the years. Please don’t take it personally—many entry-level coffee shops face the same challenges. If some of these issues were addressed, I believe many customers would consider JJ Bean more often when in need of coffee. Your return on investment and overall performance don’t appear to be suffering, since you supply 40% of the independent and chain coffee shops in British Columbia, along with various restaurants. The cost of raw materials is clearly not a concern either. So why the markup? Rent and salaries are your main overhead costs, yet shops selling your products offer the same large drip coffee at lower prices. While I understand you can't control their pricing, it still puzzles me.
