Cora Breakfast And Lunch

I have dined at this location 3 or 4 times with big gaps between visits. It was a great little casual breakfast/lunch spot. The first time we came here Madame Cora, the founder was visiting. The food, service, ambiance etc was very good. Gradually, I have noticed that the food quality is very low, the food is served cold, it’s bland and boring, and the price hike is astronomical given the poor quality of food. It is evident that they are using the lowest quality ingredients and they take no pride in presentation like they used to. I’m not expecting gourmet food at Cora’s. What I expect is decent down home cooking at a decent price. Also, the restaurant was not clean. Floors had food particles and the tables were sticky. I have to praise our server Susana. She was very good.

We had Cora when we were on our trip in Montreal and loving it! We thought we tried the one in the North Van location. It was quite busy on the weekend and we got to wait about 20 min to get our party of 5 to be seated. The host and the server were courteous. However it took a while for our food to come out after we ordered. The kids enjoyed their food and had fun. Hopefully they can improve their service so that we don't have to wait for too long.

The servers were friendly and kind, but the food itself isn't worth the insanely expensive prices on the menu. It took a really long time for anything to come out of the kitchen, and I felt sorry for the staff as it seemed like the kitchen and management is the main problem in this restaurant. If you want an affordable place to eat, definitely opt out of Cora.

A place for have a delicious and beautiful breakfast, my favourite is the bagel with smoke salmon and cream cheese with fruits… yes is delicious!!!Vegetarian options: Lot of fruit, oatmeal

The gargantuan breakfast and Cale Mango smoothie bowl tasted amazing.Our little one even tasted for the very first time strawberries, since they looked so freshi and tasty.The plate presentation was spotless.The attention and of the employees and manager to all details and to refill coffee, water or maple syrup is way beyond.Recommended and will return for sure.
