The staff is very friendly, and they offer a great variety of snacks and delicious coffee. Definitely worth a stop during a shopping trip.

This place always feels the most basic of the Mr Woods chain. Having said that the standards of the food and cleanliness are just as high. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always good for a quick bite or a chat with friends. Excellent value for money. Grab a seat when you can !

This used to be our favorite café, but after the refurbishment, it lost all its charm. The friendly familiar staff have been replaced with robotic new staff. The cappuccino now comes with half a cup of froth unless you request otherwise. The scones have always been of poor quality and do not seem homemade. Despite this, the café remains busy, likely due to its prime location in Tynemouth. We are currently searching for an alternative café, but it's proving to be a challenge!

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always receive excellent service and a friendly welcome. The prices are much cheaper than the nearby Costa, and the coffee is far superior. The flavor of the beans they use is absolutely delicious and rich. I cannot find any faults with this place - it will always be my top choice for coffee!

Really love it here the coffees and the milkshakes are so good and there cakes and ice cream is good too,really recommend it here and the people who work there are really nice.
