Mcdonald's - North Sydney

Don't forget to check your order before leaving this McDonald's, as they frequently forget items you've paid for. The staff is mostly friendly, but can seem hurried or in a bad mood at times. It's a good idea to ask for fresh fries and beef patties, especially during slower times of the day.

Upon arriving home and opening the bags, I discovered that my quarter pounder was missing and there were no straws included. Typically, I make a habit of checking my order before leaving the restaurant because items are frequently missing, but unfortunately, I was in a hurry this time.

Stood at cash for 10 mins with people at the drive through not coming over to help or anything none of the kiosk stations were working. Terrible

The restaurant was bustling with activity, but the service was quick and the food was delicious. There were many children dining at the restaurant when we were there.

I told the restaurant about my onion allergy and asked for my dish to be prepared without onions. Unfortunately, the onions were concealed at the bottom of the dish, so I only discovered them after eating some. When I called the restaurant to discuss the issue, the person/manager on duty said it was an unintentional error, even though onions are usually placed on top. She admitted that this mistake can happen, and did not seem worried about my allergy. The call abruptly ended after I emphasized the seriousness of my allergy.
