The Mill in New Glasgow - North Rustico

We found the mill in any case, since everything we tried was closed to lunch, but I would consider it a hidden gem that was found! the staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. the atmosphere inside is warm and welcoming. lunch for us was the quiche salad and the Mediterranean-food-Chowder. compliments to the chef for the preparation of meal times, by every bite was full of taste and leaving the palate, which presupposed the next bite. evaluate the location and the reservation.

Great view with great food. highly recommended. our high time and our staff were infinitely helpful.

The mill is a culinary joy. I had the crab cake paired with a Pinot-Gregio, followed by atlantic lachs, which was perfectly cooked, with a beautiful Rhabarb-Chutney. the kartoffels were perfectly seasoned and roasted. the salad with a deliciously balanced house dressing covered the half of the plate, as I think it should. my wife had a fantastic carrot and apple soup, which had a beautiful turmeric aroma, which has paired well with the house sangria. it followed an excellent chicken pillow that was enormous. it was so big that it gave me a full part the next day.

Just had dessert. Good food, friendly servers. Fairly prompt

This place was a fantastic little sound! I had the seafood cahowder and had not expected that the tomato base shell of chowder I got, but it was a wonderful turn on a seafood cahowder. seafood is often cooked over, especially in the chowder, as restaurants keep it heated throughout the day, so it is fast to send to the table. so often muddle and muddle as hard as rubber and taste of nothing, but not here! the garnel, muddle and scallops were all as tender as possible and paired with a pinot gregio and the crisp baguette with butter it was as good as it gets. the service was fast, the prices were reasonable (especially for the area where everything is very marked) and the atmosphere was great with original wide board wooden floors, high deck, many large windows and a clean and tidy feeling. Finally, the server at the end surprised with a bundle of freshly made cookies for my 7-year-old son who appreciates the sweet tasty bites for the road. I could no longer recommend this place to stop in any case.
