Steak 'n Shake - North Royalton

Good place for a quick, cheap meal. The fries are thin on the crunchy side, which I like. The burgers are small the patties are thin, but you get a burger lots of fries for only $4. The milkshakes are fantastic are either $2.99 or 3.99 depending on what kind you get. So if you just drank water you could eat for $4.00. They have kiosks where you order and pay and then you pick up your food at a counter. There is no longer any table service since covid.

Not a fan of the touch screen ordering. If you want to look over the menu and someone else is waiting to order, you feel rushed. They don't seem to have the foot long hotdog anymore. Thought that was what we were getting for my son, but it's a normal size hotdog now. The food and shakes was fine, (obviously except the small dog) So I ordered him another one. This time from my phone, but they have no way of knowing we are already there using the app. Just a FYI, you clear your own table now and leave any plastic on a counter.

Always a great pleasure to visit here when we go to Ohio. Our server, Adam, was really great and smiling and looked like he enjoyed his job. I was very busy, but still stopped at our booth several times and told us about sp-rows and refilled soda and talked about the shakes, so that of course we had to have one. The food was delicious and we can't wait to go back.

Great waiting staff, great food, better than anyone else in the area

Best service I ever had at a steak and shake, only at the bottom it was packed so we had to wait for our food, but it was worth it.
