Antonio's Pizzeria Loschiavo

On May 18 I ordered a deluxe pizza from Antonio's in North Royalton. I expected to get a pizza like the one on their menu or something close to it. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I was really disappointed to see what was inside. The first picture shows the pizza from their menu. The second picture is the pizza I received. I know that when you order food it's never as advertised but the pizza, I received was nowhere close to what was pictured on their menu. I don't know about you, but I am getting tired paying more and getting less. As a restaurant if you going to make food that is not like advertised then maybe you should change your menu to show what is actually being made for the customer. I have been a loyal customer of Antonio's, and I will give them another chance, but I may have to start looking for a new place for pizza.

Where’s the pizza sauce? If I wanted cheesy bread I would’ve ordered some. Put some sauce on your pizza especially for the price …. I haven’t ordered Antonio’s in over a year, now I remember why. I never should’ve cheated on Godmothers..

These guys are complete idiots. This is twice in one week that I’ve ordered from the Sprague Road location. I ordered my pizza 45 minutes ago and when I went to pick it up I paid for it and then 10 minutes later no pizza and the manager comes out and asked me what did I order After waiting another 30 minutes I finally got my pizza. The keyword is pizza that’s all that these guys make how hard is it to get what you order? Plus they charge me immediately as soon as I went into the store I won’t be coming back here anymore and it looks like there’s a whole room full of people in the restaurant that are experiencing what I’m experiencing.

UPDATE: Was contacted by owner and got a refund.Ordered online at 4:30pm to have food delivered at 6:30pm. Checked order status at 6:40pm and it was still being made. Called to ask about order spoke to 2 different people the second being a manager. They lied and said it was on the road. I said if that was the case then if it wasn't delivered in the next 10 minutes I wanted my money back. They became belligerent. Food arrived at 7:15pm, 45 minutes late from a an order placed over 3 hours before. I sent the food back with the driver. THEY DID NOT REFUND MY ORDER.

You have to like there pizza to want it again. Not my favorite. Very overpriced.
