Chili's Grill - North Richland Hills

The food was typical of what you'd find at a Chili's, but unfortunately, it came with an unwelcome extra ingredient: hair. On top of that, the service was not only unfriendly but also very slow. To make matters worse, we didn't get the correct change back. I can't recommend this restaurant.

I recently hosted a celebration for a friend's 29th birthday at this restaurant. Our server and bartender, Sandra, graciously offered me Romaine lettuce as a chip substitute, since I'm currently on a diet. I chose the Tilapia, which was both spicy and delicious! The service was outstanding, and I appreciated that smoking is allowed in the bar area.

I was really let down by the To-Go service! When we arrived, the staff member at the counter completely ignored us, focusing solely on her computer. After a while, she noticed us but mumbled a few unclear words. Then, she vanished for quite some time to prepare our order. We waited patiently for 30 minutes, and when she finally came back, she almost handed our order to someone else! Once we got home and unpacked our $50 order, everything was cold! I definitely won't be ordering from there again. Despite giving her a $5 tip, I didn’t receive a “thank you,” any apology for the delay, or even a simple acknowledgment.

We waited ten minutes after being seated before anyone acknowledged us. The waiter only stopped by twice to refill our drinks and kept blaming the kitchen for the delays. This restaurant isn't worth your time—stay away unless you're prepared to endure poor service for over an hour.

We faced an unexpectedly long wait to be seated, and now we're stuck waiting indefinitely for our food. There are dirty, empty tables all around us, which isn't very enjoyable. Overall, my experience at Chili's has been disappointing.
