Dunkin' - North Reading

I love this Dunks I always get my order on time. I love your menu and all your kind employees. Specially the manager Karen shes always so nice to me! Shoutout to my favorite Dunks employees That little dude Arian, Jorge and Yon always get my food right. And theres no better place to get the donuts in the area, they always feel perfectly fluffy and tasty. Thank you North Reading Dunkin’s crew for making our community and lives better!

Marc at the drive thru was a complete joy, very friendly and kind.

Stopped by for quick bite and ordered croissant and hashbrown. Despite having 7 employees working there, no one was taking order but they told to place an order on kiosk screen as they were busy with talking about each other's nails and what's favorite food and their friend got a boyfriend, etc. Took 15 min. for order while there was only one customer on drive theough and i was first one in line inside the store. Even after order was ready it was just placed on pickup area and not called for order number or name. Poor customer service. If you are in rush, don't stop at this place.
