Subway - North Platte

The gentleman who attended to us truly deserves recognition. He was the only staff member on duty and handled everything with remarkable professionalism and courtesy, even while managing a long line of customers. It seemed his team was understaffed, which visibly added to his stress.

These folks are fantastic! They collaborate seamlessly and maintain a clean store with fresh food. I understand that finding quality staff in North Platte can be challenging. Kudos to the owner for assembling such an outstanding team!

I visited Subway three times this week—once each day and twice at night. During my visit to the Gentleman location, the staff rolled their eyes constantly and were fairly rude. However, on the two occasions I went at night, there was just one employee, Jackie, who handled everything by herself. Despite being busy with walk-in customers and computer tasks, Jackie maintained a positive and friendly demeanor. She didn’t roll her eyes or seem frustrated at all, which is impressive. She is always welcoming to every customer and works quickly to prepare sandwiches. Even when she ran low on supplies, she was efficient in getting what she needed. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and attention to detail. Jackie definitely deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication to such a high volume of customers!

Whoever the wife and gentlemen work tonight deserves a presentation. They were busy, but they served everyone with a smile. Not only that, but our sand, which was surprisingly the best constructed subway sand we ever had.

Every time I come here the wait is 15-30 minutes. There is always someone in front of me with a massive order. They have got to hire more people. The same lady is here every time I have come on shift all day and she is normally the only person on shift. She is good but very overworked.
