Romano's Macaroni Grill North Olmsted

Nice server. only too many tables. the great table behind us remained unavoidable for the entire meal. large. had to go to other tables to get utensils and serviettes. lachs overboiled. pasta cold. the bathrooms were old-fashioned. not sure why someone would eat there twice.

We have made a reservation via opentable for 7. if we arrived, they would not acknowledge the reservation in any wise form or form. the hostess says they do not accept open reservations. we got a table after half an hour. service was good, but my eating was cold – and generally not all that big.

Could not have been more disappointing. we had a reservation of 6:45. the restaurant was full, but not enough waiting to accommodate staff. we were asked if we would take a high top in the bar for dinner. we said that this evening 2 server worked on the bar. after sitting it took 45 minutes before someone approached our table. I finally brought bread and water. I've never seen a server. our order was taken over by the bartender who wrote it on a corner of the paper table cloth with a crayon and then torn off. the food was poor. 3 of 4 things were missing an ingredient. best warm. I will not return to macaroni grill.

The personal was very accommodating for the betragsserver, they were short employees, but it worked out everything. Thank you!

The service was great, especially for a busy New Year's eve.
