Pizza Hut Express - North Olmsted

A lot of reviews seem to be for an actual Pizza Hut nearby, not the one at this Target.Anyways the service is great, but it's not always open during advertised hours due to corporate not staffing the stores enough.

My coworkers and I get our lunches here all the time. Only wish we were able to call to make sure they're open before we head to the store.

Tried to order food, live like less than 1 mile away and I got transferred to 2 locations saying they don’t deliver to me just to be transferred back to this location and they still won’t deliver to my house. Ended up being transferred around so many times it’s now to late to order any pizza.

I ordered a large pizza pan pizza with 3 toppings (pep, ham and onions). I haven't had pizza hut in years like 15yrs. I remembered the crunchy buttery crust and thought it's been a while why not. My son and I decided to pick us up a pizza for lunch. I also ordered light on the sauce I hate when the sauce slides off the pizza with a bite and overpowers the flavors.It was horrible, it was pasty doughy not really cooked through and the sauce just slopped off the pizza and took everything with it. The ham was cut into strips when the used to be cut into squares so they covered the pizza. The strips of ham was chincy and small portion and sonmuch sauce on a doughy crust awful just awful.I was doing some errands when I ordered it so instead of the 15min I was more like 25min late to get the pizza. So there was extra time and it was not busy when I was there to pick up the pizza. Meaning that dough had time to cook and crunch up!!Disappointed and that wraps up my pizza hut experience for my lifetime.

Call before you order through the app. Had to cancel my order because they don’t have a driver. Staying in hotel and no way to pick up.
