Most of these girls that work here just don't listen. Over add sauce. Don't add enough vegetables. It's not hard to stop and listen to the customer and make a good sandwich. ZACH FOR MVP !!!!! He really was amazing ! 4 stars is final rating.. I will say this though, yall should learn to WELCOME people when they come in. Lol.. :

I enjoyed a delicious sandwich and encountered friendly staff during my visit. However, the person who prepared my sandwich seemed to struggle with listening and planning ahead. I specifically requested cheese to be added first, followed by bacon, and then for the sandwich to be toasted before anything else was added. He looked me in the eye and said, "Yes, Sir," but then proceeded to add meat instead. I had to remind him of my order, and while he apologized and corrected it by placing the bacon before the cheese, I felt it highlighted a lack of adaptive thinking. Crispy bacon is a key component of a great sandwich, and the logical approach would have been either to ask for the customer’s preference or simply put the bacon on top of the cheese before toasting. On the bright side, the rest of the staff was impressive—quick, efficient, and polite. It was just the sandwich maker who appeared to lack active listening and critical thinking skills.
I arrived at the restaurant only to find out they had run out of the BBQ ribs, which was disappointing. However, they handled the situation well and offered me a free sandwich to make up for it. We ended up purchasing three sandwiches in total. Thank you, Subway, for your excellent customer service!
I ordered a turkey sandwich on Italian white bread, topped with lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, provolone cheese, and a little mayo, along with a chocolate chip cookie. The sign encouraged customers to be patient and kind to the staff, noting that orders are made fresh and that they may be multitasking and understaffed. I completely understand this; many businesses face similar challenges, and I believe in treating workers with respect and kindness. Having worked in similar jobs, I can easily empathize. The wait was actually quite short, the staff was very friendly, and the sandwich was absolutely delicious! It had been a while since I had one—I really missed you, Subway!
