Cannery Creamery - North Ogden

I visited this restaurant with a friend yesterday and found the interior to be super cute. I ordered the Cookie Monster ice cream, which was delicious! The only downside was that they were out of milk for my friend's milkshake, so he ended up getting the Italian chiller and blood orange ice cream, which he didn't enjoy. Overall, the ice cream was great and I would definitely return!

Brought three family members, each tasted two flavors. Everyone-all of us ice cream critics and one expert ice cream maker-loved it. It's Salt and Straw good, definitely Itah's best.

While the ice cream is good, it was expensive, the waffle cones stale and took nearly 20 minutes for the order to be filled. We got Cookie Monster, Cheesecake and Chocolate Brownie, all delicious.

While I love locally made ice cream, a friend bought over 4 quarts for us to try. I found each flavor I tried had a gritty texture and ice crystals even in the center of the container. The ice cream broke off in chunks when trying to roll it into a scoop. I prefer the texture of the local place in South Ogden.

Tried a new to us ice cream place and it did not disappoint! The flavors were delicious and the indoor seating area was nicely decorated.
