Przekaż informację zwrotnąFor years I've been close to a crispy crown....it's not the same to get a box from a grocery store in a place crispy crime, doesn't exist if you like it and never had a real fresh donut from there when you're looking for a treat... I think they have exhaust fans that blow into the street so that you can smell the glazed goodness and be out.
ALWAYS loved this place from North to South. Especially when the HOT Light is on!
So our visit to Krispy kreme was nice. Having had no real experience, with the exception of the few times someone brought their donuts to a meeting I found the variety of donuts and drinks available to be a pleasant surprise. The employees at this particular Krispy Kreme were friendly and efficient as well as very helpful. We opted to go inside and we noticed all employees wearing their masks and practicing appropriate pandemic protocols.
I have to say we had a terrific experience eating inside theis Krispy Kreme. It was busy and the employees were so hard at work, efficient, very kind and worked so well together. They came to our table after we had sat and were eating our donuts and offered us each another free donut each. 5 of us. Let me tell ya, handsdown best customer service and atmosphere we have experienced in a long while.
I 'm confused, i passed the location to turn around and have to come back to the location. After being hung up on by the manager , trying to find out Hot Sign hours. Then after six calls later a young lady answered, apologized and offered to make my experience better. So upon getting to the location and asking for her like she stated. She asked me again what can she do to make my experience better , so i told her to take care of my order. Since i had to turn around and come backwards after being hung up on. She tells me no, that 's out of her scope . Then she goes to ask the manager (who never came up front) who per Sarah stated No, as well . So why ask what you can do to make the experience better , if when a customer suggest nothing is done? So I stated, I will just pay for it and dispute it for terrible service , which is what I DEFINITELY got along with an inconvenience.
