Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - North Miami

Going to this Popeyes site is a catastrophe! outside the long waiting and more frequent mistakes with accusations there is a serious ongoing problem with this particular employee there. I suppose she's the chief worker in the service. I can describe it as an older lady, short in stature, with a blond short natural haircut. She's very angry. I went there several times (usually on Sunday) just because the popeyes I usually go up to (103. and 17. ave) are in the building. in the few paintings that I visited this popeyes, I have witnessed that this employee in confrontations with customers and employees...always today (3/13/22 4pm,) it was with me, and the young lady who helped me in my job! She is loud, rude and very unprofessional! and should work there or nowhere else! I told her that I would report her, and she gave me the head. She even went so far to say that she didn't care, and that she was often reported before! unbelievable! I was very upset to say the least, and I filed a complaint before leaving the parking lot! my case is 4495560.

DONT order here. the employees are not important. they do not disturb to remove food from cattle if they do not have it. they sent me a cold chicken and pure rice, instead of just saying they don't have kartoffels. silly restaurant and must be inspected by the health department

Not the best papal I have ever been there, not terrible, but the trip was inside and is hard to reach when busy and eating is not the best, I had a little removed from this menu, it is sub par compared to other national popeyes I have been.

I ordered on ubereats because I couldn't get out of the house. my food was very cold. my fries, huh sandwich, kartoffels were cold. it was nice that I heated my fries up. waiting for my food very hungry! then they'll get the disgusting food!

Love that Chicken! DELICIOUS!! BEST CHICKEN!! Drive thru was long, but it moved expeditiously. Great customer service.
