I ate the broccoli soup they had and a roast beef sandwich.
The atmosphere and service both excellent. Although the place was empty for a great location with great parking space and accessibility. Unfortunately, the food not so much. The lettuce, tomato, spinach, banana peppers, pickles, were all dry and dead. The lettuce and avocado were not good at all. it changes color and you can see that both bin needed to be changed and I said it to the person there. The meat and cheese area was blocked by some steel cover installed inside the glass. Who does that and what are they hiding behind there. The person said sorry but she cannot remove it for me to see. They need to fix that. It is the first time in my life that I went to a subway and I cannot see behind the glass. Everything is always behind the glass were people can see there options. Anyway, please revisit the place and make the right changes. Otherwise, business will be dead as well.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetables.Kid-friendliness: The inside is nice and clean.Parking: Easy to find. I visited this Subway location and would rate it 3 stars. The food was good, offering a range of fresh ingredients that allowed me to create a satisfying sandwich to my liking.The service was average, neither exceptional nor disappointing. The staff seemed efficient enough, but there was nothing particularly outstanding about the customer service.As for the ambiance, it was what you would expect from any Subway a typical setting designed for fast and convenient service, with a focus on takeaway orders.In conclusion, this Subway offers good food and an average level of service, all within a typical Subway ambiance. While it may not be a standout dining experience, it serves its purpose as a reliable choice for a quick and tasty sandwich on the go.
I arrived at the restaurant at 8 pm on 7/18 and found that both employees were sitting at a table, chatting and using their phones. The restaurant was empty so it wasn't a big deal, but when we were ready to order, they took their time getting up and getting ready. Even after we indicated we were ready to order, they continued their conversation and phone use. Frustrated, we decided to leave and won't be coming back. It's a shame that the owners are wasting their money on these two employees.
