Starbucks Coffee - North Miami Beach

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, the good and drinks are amazing. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone. PS : if you can, try the banana nut bread

Went into this location at 1pm on a Sunday. Drive through line was backed upped so, I went in. Mistake. 6 employees behind the counter! All talking to each other and took a minute to ask me what I wanted. Very basic order. Macchiato and egg sandwich. Sandwich came out in less than a minute. After a 5 minute wait (and seeing many drinks made which were not mine) just a disorganized staff, I asked if someone was making my drink. I was told, 'I 'm making drinks that are ahead of yours '. I guess only one person makes drinks! I asked why my hot sandwich would come out if I had to wait for a drink. Pretty basic food standard that food and drinks get delivered at the same time. A well run team in f&b would know not to make the food for a few minutes if the drinks are behind. Here an idea, have one of the other 5 employees standing around making drinks as well if you are behind on drinks because of the drive through. At least one of the employees thanked me as I left for 'waiting '. Clearly zero leadership at this location. They have to learn how to delegate and support the business. If you read the reviews for this location, there is always a wait. It isn 't that it 's too busy, the staff is not trained and not effective. 6 employees could not handle 6 cars in the drive through and 2 people in the cafe. Come on.

This location has a coworker who has to work in the back of customers, she has no human skills, an evil rude demeanor, claude (black dame) must be moved or something.

Not sure what happened here. management switch since last here? I was kind of greeted, but then horror shows were performed. the author didn't know how to handle crème. poor training. asked for sugar and was said to come at the end of the counter. a couple of dieucks put it in for you. at the end of the counter...sugar, but no agitator. asked for agitators and directed to another bearing end. I have agitated and came back to the sugar area. was asked a bit rude when I would move and go to an unoccupied table to add sugar. I said it bothers me. they obviously didn't like that.

Flies won’t let you eat, whether inside or outside. They are like 5 around you, getting on your food, hair, face, and all you do is try to scare them while sitting here.
