Panda Express - North Miami Beach

My friend and I were extremely disappointed with our lunch experience. The server who took our order completely skipped over us and instead took the order from the family behind us. The family was served before us without any explanation or apology. Despite trying to get the server's attention, we were continuously ignored. The food itself was good, but the terrible service was enough to make us never want to eat here again. It might be better to just use the drive-thru to avoid the poor service.

The individual who took our order was not only extremely rude, but the food was also not very good. When we placed our order, we couldn't hear it properly, so my husband continued with his order and the attendant had to shout through the loudspeaker to him. We were shocked. When we got to the window, someone else had to take our order again because it was completely wrong. We quickly paid and left without realizing that we were given very little pork for our pork and broccoli dish. It was mostly broccoli with only a few small pieces of pork.

I absolutely love this restaurant! My only suggestion is that they should stay open later at night. When I went at 9 p.m., they only had limited options left because they close at 10 p.m. It would be great if they could stay open until midnight. The food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. My favorite dish is the meat with mushrooms, without any spice or black pepper, and not overly fried or sweet. This restaurant is my top choice for dining out.

I had a problem with an order that I made on the day before .so I went in and spoke to the manager susan, and she was so very helpful she rectified immediately the problem and was very nice about it. she runs a very good restaurant eating is always hot and fresh and clean atmosphere! thx susan and coworkers in the panda express 163rd street miami?
