Taco Bell - North Madison

Talk about a group of dysfunctional employees?! Sounded like a gangster party when we walked in. Food was old, dried out, and cold. We won't be going back to that location.

Taco Bell has always been one of my fav places . Always enjoy the food!

Y 'all... Whoever was working the drive thru at 8pm, friday march 8th... Bro... You guys made my day. We came through and ordered our food, and when they asked asked what to drink and we said Baja blast and he said a bajajaja blast? And we started laughing so hard. Then he asked what sauce... We said hot and mild. And he replied No diablo? Can 't handle the heat? And again we started laughing. When we got our bags, there was two diablo sauces stuck to the side of our bag. Best experience ever. Whoever was working bro... Slide me them digits. Lol

Never again will i order food from this garbage place. Wife went to pick up food for us, was supposed to be a Meal for 3 tacos and a large drink, Large MTN Dew (came with the meal), a five layer and 2 extra soft tacos.. Well she gets to the drive thru window, 2 hard tacos, bean burrito supreme, 5 layer burrito and 3 soft tacos. Ok completely wrong and not right.. turns around and goes inside says its wrong, Gets home and STILL WRONG. How hard is it to comprehend a single order that is one of the easiest to make. literally need 5 soft tacos and a 5 layer with no sour cream and a large drink. Thats it.. Not 5 different items that are completely wrong, wrong meal and everything else. I suggest you retrain your staff because this is insane.

Always friendly, fresh food, if any problems they always take care of the issue.
