Sad because I really wanted to like this place. First experience was terrible and the second wasn't much better. Overpriced food and drinks, tried several dishes that lacked seasoning, meat was chewy and was greasy. Drinks were under-poured, made incorrectly or they were out of several basic things. Server/bartenders seemed to be more interested in socializing with what seemed to be friends then taking care of us. Won't be back for another chance unless they change ownership especially, in today's economy. Going out is a treat and doesn't happen as often anymore. Food is very good, almost surprisingly good if I'm being honest. My wife and I in the past have done sit down dine in eating and also done take out as well. The food has never been bad and is typically always been above average to great. Now for criticism, the main issue I've always consistently encountered at this restaurant is the service is very slow and is typically only being run on nights that aren't high traffic with two people. So it makes getting your food ordered, getting your takeout checked out and picked up, or even getting another beer when you're at the bar somewhat irritating. Typically I have rarely ever been in the restaurant on their busier nights to vouch for their service then however. The new overhaul and decorations that they've done to the inside of this location is also extremely nice, open, and clean. I don’t usually do reviews; however, this place was note worthy! One of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time! Service was great and really nicely done inside. Will definitely be back! Finally found a decent restaurant in Madison to go to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Had a wonderful time with my kiddos visiting Santa last night . Kid-friendliness: Been going here since I turned 21 and the place has changed so much. They really turned it around and put a lot of work into it. They have fun cute events as well for kids like last nights.
