I called 3 other Taco Bell locations that close at 3 am at around midnight and all 3 locations said their fryer was down. This is not the first time I've encountered this issue. So I then call the Protho Taco Bell and spoke with Desmond. He was so nice!! By the way this location closes at 1 am and he let me know the fryer was good to go and I could get my chalupas!!! Lol. Seriously, his customer service skills are phenomenal. The other locations need to follow this guys lead and take their jobs more seriously. Thanks again Desmond and Mariah!!!!
They can do a lot better give people the right amount for the money instead of getting the food and its more lettuce than meat no meat at all and u have to pay so much just to get meat
I ordered food with black beans, but when I came to the car thru window, they said there were no black beans left to use fried beans. That would have been good, my food didn't even bake beans. When I asked why I was charged extra for black beans, although no one was in there, the participant lied to me and told me that he had something. TLDR; did not get what I ordered and was lied and charged
