I don't know how this place doesn't have a FIVE STAR rating!! I have been going to Cozy's for 19 YEARS and have had only GREAT experiences!!! I absolutely refuse to go to any other shaved ice place!! I know some have complained about prices but they are worth EVERY single dime!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!
Fun summer treat. Lots of flavors. Several picnic tables with umbrellas to relax and enjoy.
