Przekaż informację zwrotną*sorry for the long contribution* my recent experience in the red lobster in white oak village was somewhat disappointing (maybe under new management), especially as I celebrated my birthday. so my party and I (a party of 2) waited about 20 minutes before they sit and that was good. restaurant was not super busy, but it took at least 10 minutes before the first interaction with our server and a trainee. after our order we waited for over 30 minutes before we got our food, that was lukewarm (food probably sat under a heat lamp for a bit). at this point I was already frustrated, so I didn't make a scene because I didn't want to wait for 30 minutes to replace our meals. I understand that there are many restaurants that work short workers, so I try to give gnady for it, but its frustrating wait for so a long time and their eating is not hot and fresh. I have visited this red lobster several times in the past and the service I have come back was top notch to say so unnecessarily that this was a very disappointing visit for me. I will probably visit again in the hope to update my experience.
If they wait 45 minutes in a mostly empty building, 73 minutes and their eating was not delivered to the table and server that serve to stop and cook their eating personally, it is time to see how this place ruins the red lobster name. we had to go, but our very hungry, and now brot filled friends decided to stay for another 1 hour to get their food. after a total of 2 hours I went to the pier 88 and got my food in 15 minutes. not bad, but why are the best restaurants in the environment have the worst services in the eastend?

They usually do better when it not at the highest capacity. I've had items wrong or missing when ordering takeout. The waiters are usually friendly. The food is standard Red Lobster quality and mostly good if dining in.Kid-friendliness: It's kid friendly and offers a kid's menu with crayons.Parking: There is more than enough parking.
Thank goodness we had gift cards! Our 1st experience at the Red Lobster on Laburnum Ave was very poor. We were seated right away and after 25 min of no one coming to get our drink order, we left.Since we had gift cards, we thought we would give it another shot. Again, got seated right away. The waiter was nice and that was about the only good part of the evening.I ordered the Ultimate Feast. Sadly, my broccoli was the only good part of the meal. The orzo was overcooked and dry. The lobster tail was over cooked and burnt a little. I used to love the shrimp scampi and that was just okay and the fried shrimp were soggy.My husband ordered the Admirals Feast and a side salad. The salad came out after our dinner and only contained shredded lettuce and croutons. I have never seen a side salad served with shredded lettuce and my husband said it was soggy and not edible. His fried shrimp were okay, not soggy like mine. His scallops were disgusting. I have never said that about scallops. His supposed fried flounder looked very much like frozen tilapia and tasted just as bad.Had we paid full price for this and not had gift cards, I would have been even more upset considering the full price of the meals.I used to love the Red Lobster on Laburnum, but I will never return and I am leary to even go to another location.I understand facilities being short staffed and having to wait a reasonable amount of time, but bad food is no excuse at all in my book.
