Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

This place must get new owners and new employees. 3 stars and 2 stars on egg yolk, why they don't try to fix the problem, there are obviously wrong at this place. I ordered flounder fish, as I can't eat any other meat, but fish, and they gave me huh in the fish sandwich bag. they gave me the wrong article. if I live closer, I would throw that sandwich in the face and let her judge herself. they have luck still having job, but yet they screw it for costumers who keep their restaurant open. this location must be switched off.

Closes at 8, we come at 7:15 and has our food at 7:58 from the drive thru. I just came out of which he had my partner cling in his head and was so hungry for a chicken sandwich! we didn't think it would take 45 minutes, only happy we did it! but they won't go here after 7PM. these pommes are addicted. also, perhaps it is only south hills, but expensive for fast eating

I ordered a chicken sandwich that was not asked for a mayo and to keep the pickles. ends up wasting my money because they gave me the exact opposite; extra mayo and no pickles and I can't eat mayo. I have also heard that the personal goes through the propulsion by loudspeakers for about 10 minutes before someone finally took my order and waited 20 more to get my food. I would understand if they were busy at that time, but there was only me and another person in the car.

My order: 3 pc sharp tender w/fries w/fries w/fries w/fries w/fries. 2 lemonade’s and bbq for the sauce. timeline: 8:47-9:21 clock. order i recieved: everything cold with taking the BBQ sauce. I support popeye’s, but this will be my last visit to this particular place. I can confidently say that the typical waiting period is at least 20 minutes. customer service is hit or miss at this location. the personal for this special order had no good customers. they were not apologetic about waiting at all and it seems the norm for this place. don't come back!

If I could give this location no stars I would. By far the most consistently horrible Popeyes I could imagine. Has messed my order up 3 different times.left me in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Gave my order, they didn't respond and forgot about me. Waited another 4 min for a response. Drove around the corner and after 14 min the car in front of me was STILL WAITING FOR FOOD. I left and went into a location 20 minutes of my way and have never looked back.
