Charleys Cheesesteaks

I have visited this restaurant multiple times and have always been pleased with the food. The owners, a charming couple, are always friendly and genuine. This is a favorite spot for me and my daughter.

Supposed to be open from 11-6. It’s 12:20 right now and they’re not open.

Went to Charleys in McCain mall on 1/8/23 so I could get my free lemonade for my birthday and saw a sign that said they will be closed until February 1st and my birthday is January 10th. This is the only I know of that is close to me cause I don’t have transportation so the coupon is gonna expire and I won’t get my birthday treat. Worse birthday week so far.

Love this place and the couple that run it. Foods ALWAYS fresh and hot. In the summer they have the most amazing watermelon lemonade! And their loaded fries are busssinnnn! They put a special seasoning on them and they are FIRE

Gave me wrong size and then argued me in a foreign language when I pointed it out. Refused to listen to me or exchange refund. Kitchen crew likes yelling at people thinking they're scary. Bunch of bugs everywhere and I heard several kids have been kidnapped at this location. wouldn't recommend at all.
