Bengal Spice - North Lincolnshire

I have to say I was very disappointed with my visit tonight. I think the staff could have been more receptive to our dissatisfaction with the food but apparently that is how it is. Having used the restaurant previously I know this isn't the case. Needless to say this is the last time I will be using this place.

We left as unhappy customers and won’t be returning. Cold food that was pretty tasteless. Seemed pretty empty so I guess this is why. Rude front of house, who I assume is the manager. I think they ought to get rid. As for the kids who are the waiters and waitresses, I think they couldn’t look more disinterested. Go somewhere else, avoid avoid avoid!

First visit to a resteraunt since the coronavirus lock down. It was well managed and the layout out of the resteraunt has been well thought out. To be honest it is better now than it was pre-corona, loads of room betwen tables , back to back the only face to face is who ever you are sat with on your table. Great atmosphere. The food was excellent, staff were really friendly. To be honest we were apprehensive about going but we are so glad we went. If you have never been to this resteraunt you should go its well worth a visit. A big thank you Bengal Spice

Just ordered our first ever home good delivery. It was gorgeous. Arrived 45 mins after order via a very cheerful driver. Lovely and hot just as we ordered. Have been to the Bengal many times in the restaurant but this was a first for us. Loved the meal. Thanks to the staff.

My friends and I booked a early table so we didnt have to wait long when it got busy. When we got there we still had to wait a short while for our table to be set up. We then had to wait a further 10 minutes for a menu and 15 minutes for them to take our drink order, for some reason there was only 1 person serving up to 7PM. For the first hour we was there we only had poppudums. When our starters finally came they were very nice, but when our mains come the rice was Luke warm and so was some of the dishes the food was in. We herd others send back their rice too. The top of some of the curries looked like they had started to grow a skin because they'd probably been under the light to long. The meat in the meals were moist and warm luckerly. They did make a nice naan bread but he had to wait even longer for that. Even though I complained about the wait we wasnt even offered a discount or a drink. They seam to care more about getting take aways out then getting the food out in the restaurant. We saw near to 8 takeaways go past us. We wont return in a hurry!
