Viva Zapata's Mexican Cantina

1/3/24: Went for lunch. Had the carnitas and they looked like the meat had been taken from scraps leftover from the grill. Rice was cold. Beans only warm. Server not friendly at all. Fideo was hot but lacked flavor. Won't be returning.

This is by far one of the best Mexican restaurants in las vegas. You can order just about anything and it's a winner. I recommend the steak picado, NY strip cut into pieces and placed into a Spanish sauce.the alcohol drinks are good as well. So if your looking for good Mexican food this is a must try. Take friends and or family, most will not be disappointed.

Mediocre Mexican cuisine! I wouldn't make a special effort to dine there again. The service was fairly good, but the food was just average—nothing impressive. Additionally, the temperature inside was quite chilly, which made for an uncomfortable dining experience.

Very good food and excellent service. This is now our go to Mexican restaurant. The food has very good flavor and good presentation.

The food and drinks were fantastic, offering great value for the price. The service was friendly and efficient, without being overly intrusive. I really appreciate local, non-trendy spots, and this one definitely fits the bill!
