Wife and I tryed them out for the first time last night for the first time we had the oxtails they were on point we will be back plus good service the food came out hot season very good we had a good time

Super disappointed to be leaving a negative review, I was truly looking forward to supporting this black owned business. First, I set there a good 15 or 20 mins before the girl acknowledge or even looked my way. She seem busy so I tried to be understanding. Then when it was time to take my order, she was very short and acted annoyed. When I look at my receipt it has the Alfredo, I asked for loaded steak and chicken potato. They said food was finished, I would have to wait so I said don’t worry about it. Then when I get to car to check my bag, I got someone else order. When I take it back in I’m like since this is wrong order just go ahead and give me what I actually order which was loaded potato, I repeated and confirmed loaded potato several times. She tied my bag up (y’all need to start showing our food before tying it up) and said it was the correct order and of course I just knew it was the right one nope, still wrong order still gave me Alfredo which was salty and so was the rest of the food. So now I’m out of $90 and still empty stomach. Please do better! This was all around terrible experience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
