The Coachman - North Lanarkshire

I am amazed by the incredible upgrades they have done here! I have been living in this area for 30 years and I still remember attending concerts there in the 90s. The place has truly transformed! There is an amazing park for kids, chairs and sandy areas for parents, along with a beautiful splash pad right by the water. There are plenty of smooth sidewalks for biking, skating, and more. The Amphitheatre is absolutely stunning and I am looking forward to attending a festival there once the weather cools down later this year. Well done, Clearwater!

The renovated park features a spacious playground and splash pad, as well as access to the marina, water ferry, and fishing pier. Two new pavilions are available for small gatherings, and visitors can enjoy beautiful sunset views, a large green area for picnics and games, and an outdoor amphitheater for concerts. The newly revamped Coachman Park is truly stunning!

The new facility is absolutely beautiful with fantastic sound quality!! It was very clean and well-maintained during the entire show. The staff did an outstanding job. I brought two of my real estate clients to see Goo Goo Dolls and OAR, and we had a fantastic time. There are food trucks for dining options and a variety of beverages including beer, soda, water, wine, and mixed drinks available.

This park is about 2 miles from my house and I could not be happier about it! There's an awesome splash pad for kids. My baby could crawl and didn't get cut knees or anything. There's a playground, music venue, sometimes food trucks, picnic areas, Florida native plants, and breathtaking views. I was floored by how well everything came together and it was spectacular experiencing it with fireworks and orchestra during the fourth of July opening. We will be back to make memories here for years to come!

I didn't stay long because it was ungodly hot that day. It isa very cosmopolitan park featuring of course the concert venue the sound, it also has a beer garden, lawn games,wide sidewalks,a splash pool and play ground. The Clearwater ferry is conveniently located in the park. Very cool place to hang out.
