Mcdonalds Restaurants

Terrible service,no receipts,no doughnuts,no milkshakes...place was dirty table,female manager threw our order on the counter and stressed. Walked away before we got there zero stars for customer support

Just out of McDonalds at Parkhead shopping centre..on the window ledges there were flies and ants and the toilets were disgusting

Mcdonalds Toryglen 557 Prospecthill Road Glasgow G42 0AE. I visited on Sunday 30.01.2022 and ordered a sausage Mc muffin meal, no egg, no cheese and with a white coffee. I was charged £4.47 as per photo attached. I questioned the price with the cashier at the drivethru and he said it was correct even thou the screen said £3.89. I questioned the price again when collecting my order the girl and the manager said it was correct £4.47 I even said it seems wrong and the app said £3.89 and the screen at the drivethru said £3.89. I was told it was correct and the app occasionally have deals. I noticed I was charged separately for each item and this time went in to complain. Handed over the receipt and was meant by a frosty attitude from the young manager who went away and another manager appeared again not the happiest of people and again no apology. I asked why I was lied to 3 times, twice by staff and the manager to which I was told the manager only looked at the top line of my receipt which shows £0.00 I was refunded the difference but its the principle and the deceit your staff have. They have no customer service skills. It felt as if they come out with any lies just to get rid of customers. There was no help, no one looked into my question correctly and I felt it was my fault its my problem not theirs. It's a disgusting way to run a company and employ staff that are selfish and no consideration to others. Never again oh the CEO has been emailed about the staffs incompetence, lies, couldn't care less attitude.

Absolutely disgusting . Ordered our meal ,was then asked to park up wait for order at least we thought it would be hot fresh) .. got home chips were like cold rubber Big Mac cold quarter pounder cold with nothing on it . WILL NOT BE BACK !

Ordered 2 quarter pounder meals ice cream first the chips where half cooked but hot the burgers where burnt reheated and cold this was the worse meal I’ve ever had from McDonald’s and my last from this branch the chips are always either over cooked or near raw and not acceptable they just don’t care about the customers as I’ve just been reading other reviews lesson learned beware of this place it poor in every way
