Kilworth Springs Golf Club

Visited this course recently with our society. Whilst the course is in very good condition and a great challenge to any grade of player, we found the rough unnecessarily high. It needs to be at least half the height. The clubhouse is first class with a good variety of refreshments. We will no doubt visit again in the future.

I reserved a society day in September, and the service was outstanding from the moment I made the booking until I left. The staff took great care of us and made us feel very welcome. The package offered great value, including 18 holes of golf followed by a one-course meal. The course was in decent condition, and the variety of holes was impressive. Definitely worth a visit!

It can be quite challenging due to some narrow fairways. The rough can be thick and it's often difficult to get out on the first try. The bunkers are lacking in sand. However, the hospitality is excellent and the food is very good.

The golf course is outstanding, and it will be even better once the stones in the bunkers are removed.
