Very rude owner, how the staff stay working there is beyond me. She's not happy if you tell them they've over charged you.

Have visited this take away twice in July to try the meal deals. The chips always seem to be over cooked and the doner meat was very dry on the first visit. The second visit the chips were dry and not freshly cooked and the chicken meat was also dry and tasted as if it had been microwaved. Will not visit again good meal deal prices but the price reflects the quality.

The food was below average, but the staff was pleasant. We chose to sit in the cafe section with my 3 and 6 year old children. When my 3 year old needed to use the restroom, we were informed that there was no restroom available. It would have been helpful to have a sign indicating this before we sat down. We will not be returning to this establishment.

I have visited this restaurant a few times, and while the food is decent, the service is absolutely terrible. The young lady at the register seemed inexperienced each time I visited. On my most recent visit, we ordered kebabs and chips. Despite the kebabs taking a while to be ready, the chips were served immediately and placed on the side. After waiting 20 minutes, the kebabs were finally finished, but one had been left to sit for 10 minutes. When the young lady attempted to transfer the chips from a large bag to a small bag with the kebabs, the bottom of the bag gave out and the food spilled all over the floor. We received a refund and left, as we did not want to wait another 20 minutes for cold, soggy food. The restaurant has potential due to the quality of the food, but the poor service ruins the overall experience.
